✍️ Why I Wrote Convergence Chaos—And What It Means to Me

“Sometimes the world cracks a little—and what we find in the break is something we were always meant to remember.”

I didn’t set out to write a story about saving the world. I set out to write about memory—what we hold onto, what we bury, and what comes back when we least expect it.

Convergence Chaos began as a quiet idea during a time in my life that felt… off-axis. Like I was walking through a version of reality that almost lined up with the one I remembered—but not quite. I think a lot of people have felt that disorientation, especially over the last few years. We question what's real, what matters, and what we're supposed to do with the time we have.

The story started with a pendant. A small object holding forgotten magic. From there came four strangers, each carrying invisible burdens, unknowingly tied together by something bigger than themselves. Memory. Elemental resonance. Unfinished history.

Mystic Gap is a town where shadows whisper, time loops, and spiral symbols appear in places they shouldn’t. But at its heart, this book is about rediscovery—of self, of purpose, of truth. It's about confronting your past so you can protect your future.

This book means more to me than just words on a page. It’s a layered exploration of identity, belonging, and what it means to carry unresolved stories—your own and those you inherit.

And it’s just the beginning.

The Spiral has begun to turn. And I hope you’ll take that first step into Mystic Gap with me.
